个人简介

段邓乐,博士,仲恺农业工程学院轻工食品学院特聘副教授,食品科学与工程系副系主任,美国华盛顿州立大学访问学者,科创中国特色水果产业服务团专家兼秘书,广东省驻镇帮镇扶村农村科技特派员(第二批),广州市农村科技特派员,江门市科技特派员主要研究为食品资源开发及贮藏保鲜。主持广东省基础与应用基础研究基金区域联合基金-青年基金项目、广东省科技厅乡村振兴项目、广东省普通高校青年创新人才项目、河源市重大专项以及国家重点实验室开放基金等项目。以第一或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI/EI收录19余篇(中科院一区10篇,最高IF=24.319),申请发明专利13项,授权专利8项。主持省级、校级教研教改项目3项。获江西省科学技术奖(自然科学奖)二等奖(排名:3/5),2022年度广东省农业技术推广奖二等奖(排名:3/16),2022年度中国商业联合会科学技术三等奖(排名:1/11),2021年度广东省环境技术进步二等奖(排名:3/15)。
