简历 寇红岩副教授博士毕业于华南师范大学，曾于广州市饲料研究所任技术总监，2018年4月进入仲恺农业工程学院工作，被聘为副教授。目前主要从事水产动物营养和饲料、营养和免疫、鳖类和鱼类的健康养殖相关的研究工作。到目前为止，共发表文章20余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者其中SCI收录文章7篇（JCR一区文章4篇），中文核心8篇，授权发明专利1项，科技成果1项，以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利1项，参与编写专著和教材各1篇，制定企业标准8项。 承担科研项目 1）广东省科技项目，广东省实验动物垫料标准及加工工艺开发研究，160万，主持。 2）广东省科技项目，实验动物（小型猪）饲料的标准化研究及应用，20万，主持。 3）广州市项目，实验动物营养及饲料标准化研究和饲料标准制定，50万，主持。 代表论著 1.
